Do I need to fill it before installation?
No. It comes pre-filled with RO purified water and antifreeze, including a built-in 10% expansion gap. Your installer just makes the connections and it's good to go.

Who should carry out the installation?
Electrical connections must be completed by a qualified electrician. Plumbing work should be handled by a competent plumber or heating engineer.

What does BS EN442 certification mean?
It confirms the radiator has been independently tested to European standards for heat output, pressure resistance and safety — so you can buy with confidence.

Our towel rails include a 5-year warranty, while all electrical components are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.

Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

You need a pair of valves for central heating connection.
You need STRAIGHT INLINE valves for pipes coming out of floor.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT.
