I spent some time looking for a specific size electric towel rail before finding the companyblue website. Ordered on line with no problem. Rapid call back from the company as the specific size ordered wasn't actually available however a good alternative was in stock (but more expensive) They matched the price of the original order and it was delivered in good order with no problem.
