The main product is fine
The main product is fine and element is good as its got a stat and timer. The mounting kit is rubbish! Why you dont supply the normal one is beyond me. They are much easier to fit and adjust. For that reason i would not use you again unless the customer paid for a new kit. Hence 3 stars. But your size range is good.
