      We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.

      Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

      We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

      Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

      No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

      You need STRAIGHT INLINE valves for pipes coming out of floor.
      You need ANGLED or CORNER valves for pipes coming out of wall.
